Description de la chambre à louer
We have a house with 8 private rooms over 4 floors and on
the ground floor we have a commun fully equiped kitchen with all kitchen tools ( pots and cutlery , ... ) available and a commun living room on the first floor
You have a different shared bathroom with shower and sink and a toilet on each floor
The living room is also furnished with chairs and a big sofa
The private sleeping rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, lamp , working table and chair and desklamp ( style ikea )
We also provide the bedsheets and a pillow and duvet at your arrival
The renting price is all included like electricity, heating , water, wifi , taxes ,internet ...
The enterence and the stairways are cleaned two times a month and the rooms and flat are also cleaned before your arrival
we are searching for a tenants who will stay mimimum 12 months
The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office )
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ).
