A room is opening up in a nice and bright apartment. A cleaning lady comes by to clean the apartment (the common areas) every week.
O The apartment has a full equipped (all dishes, cutlery, glasses, pans, pots, etc included) kitchen with an oven, one fridge, a dishwasher and a four places cooktop.
O There is one full equipped bathroom, one separated toilet and one separated shower with sink. Washing machine in the bathroom.
O Living room with a TV, several sofas and Wifi connection all over the house.
You'll share the apartment with 3 really nice people: one Spanish girl, a frech guy and another new flatmate. We mostly speak English and French. The ambiance is really nice and cosy.
It’s an apartment in a building in which only young foreign workers live. There is a very nice relationship among everyone.
The room (called mezzanine) is very well illuminated all day with a window looking out on the courtyard. It has a double bed on top (mattress, 3 pillows and duvet included), wardrobe with hangers, side table, chest of drawers, office desk with chair, shelves and two reading lamps.
The apartment is very well located at 3 minutes from Etterbeek gare. There is the tram 25 and 7, the bus stop of 95 just in front of the main door, and at 8 minutes walking, you can access the tram stop germoir of 81. Also, there is a noctis stop just in front of the house (noctis N08) but you have as well the noctis bus stop in Etterbeek Gare (noctis N08 and N09). As you can see, it is VERY well located and good connected with public transport.
There is a Delhaize at two minutes, different night shops very closeby, a Carrefour at 10 minutes and a Colruyt at 10 as well.
To go out it is also very well located because Cimitière d’Ixelles, Flagey, Jourdan are very close by to go walking in 15-20 minutes. It is very well connected with the city centre by a direct 20 min bus (71, 95).
The room IS AVAILABLE from July. All the charges (electricity, water, internet, heating, cleaning lady) are included.
