ABOUT THE HOUSE Spacious detached 4 bed house and garden in quiet place, just 3 sharing the whole house. It's not a student let or a party house but a relaxed comfortable real home. The house has full gas central heating, double glazing & internet on Wi-Fi. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each with loo). Downstairs has a 20 foot lounge with leather sofas, ecran paslma for DVD but not BELGACOM Tv or Voo corder. Separate dining room/study is ideal if you occasionally need a quiet space to work. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking.
THE LOCATION The house is in a quiet place within a village near SHAPE beetween ATH and MONS (postcode 7050). The area is beautiful and peacfull. . there are supermarkets (Delhaize, Lidle, Aldi, and more), chip shop, several restaurants and we are in delivery area for pizza, Indian, Chinese, etc,....
