I am Luca and I come from Italy (200km from Rome) I was born in 1982.
I have been living in house sharing for some time and I like it!
I speak Italian, Dutch, English, French (intermediate), Spanish (notions) and I can understand some Portuguese and German.
I study (IT, Theater, Music... ), Work (IT and Theater) and I do sport (Martial Art).
My biggest love is: Travel and Theater.
CO-HOUSING:
The most important is to find someone who is CLEAN (and keeps clean around), has respect for his housemates and likes organization at home. If you are a kind of person who doesn't care about keep clean around please ignore this ad.
One of our friends at home is leaving and we would like to find someone new to live with, to share the house, the fun and the costs!
The meaning of the ad is to find someone who can fit in the house and stay in harmony with the others in order to stay together more as friends than as room-mates, it is not a just "room renting ad".
That’s why when you will visit the house is possible that the other room-mates will be with us to talk together and know each other, this is really important for us. At home we are different people from different countries and we love a multicultural environment where the main keywords are: understanding and respect.
Only Non-Smokers (I am allergic to smoke and I can't even stay 100mt from a place where people smoked).

University of Gent: 10 min (by bike);
City center: 10 min (by bike);
Bus stop: 300mt far (bus A6, 41, 42, 43, 44, 48, A2, 9, 27, 28, 94, 96);
Tram number 4: 200mt far (connection to the center or Gent-Sint-Pieters Train Station);
Tram number 21,22: 350mt far (connections the the center Gent)
Shops: 300mt far (Colruyt, Delheize, etc...);
Fitness: 300mt far ("Just Fit")
THE HOUSE:
Nice building, nice place around, quiet place with green at the other-side, free parking places for cars (with time disk 2 hours in working days between 8 - 19).
House provided of:

Common kitchen (super-accessorised with crockery and all kind of stuff: if you take care of it you can use it);
Common bathroom (each of us has his closet/compartment) ;
Second toilet on the first floor;

Washing machine/Dry machine;
2 Dishwashers;
Fix telephone line;
Insurance;
Parking places on the street in non working hours(with "time disk") or you can park as long as you want just at 300 mt from the place.
The house is big, 2 floors and with a lot of space.
In total we will be normally a maximum of 5 (nice)persons in the house, maybe less (it depends also on the expenses).
EXTRAS:
- We just renovated the electric installation = safety
- We just made a new water installation + new boiler (water/heating) = comfort
- All the floors where the rooms are are just renovated! = nice estetic
MAIN HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking inside,
- Keep clean,
- No shoes at home,
- Keep tranquillity at home (but we do organize sometimes parties!)
- Be social!
EXTRA INFO/SHARING PRICE:
The warranty to pay in advance is 600€.
You can't have this address as domicile (cause of problems with unpaid fines), or at least we have to discuss it before if you wish domicile.
We are looking for people who stay at least 6 months, if you are going to stay less than 6 months we should discuss the details about the price
