The house is a newly renovated XIX century typical Brussels house in the upper side of St Gilles (Brussels center !), “belle epoque” neighbourhood, famous for its art nouveau architecture and artistic life. We are 10 min walking to the “chic boutiques” of “quartier Louise”, Place du Châtelain and 2 or 3 subway stop to avenue des arts/Place du Luxembourg/Shumann areas.//
The house and rooms are fully decorated and organised with designer furniture to create a trendy and convivial athmosphere. Indeed the housemates are totally international (around 24/32 years old) so this creates brilliant exchange opportunities (and language practise...). We all enjoy working hard during the week and to have fun during the week-end with nice parties or tourist type excursions. Our way of life is to reach the right balance between great independance and friendly get-togethers.//
The rooms are all fitted out with brand new furniture of “boutique hotel” standard, but in a real house with an authentic Belgian landlady, me, to welcome you!
