Bonjour, nous partageons cet appartement de haut standing d'environ 200 m2, les chambres sont meublées avec du mobilier moderne sont lumineuses et spacieuses.
Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes pour avoir les avantages d’une vie indépendante tout en ayant les charmes de l’amitié de la collocation.
La cuisine et living donne sur un spacieuse terrasse de 35 m2 à ciel ouvert, elle est ultra équipée et luxueuse avec un bar américain pour 6 personnes ! (Machine à laver la vaisselle, plaques vitrocéramiques et gaz, hotte, four volumineux avec minuteur et four à micro-ondes).
Une salle de bains luxueuse et spacieuse avec une douche turbo-jet et une baignoire turbo-jet et 2 toilettes séparés,
L'appartement est équipé d’internet en WIFI avec une connexion à haut débit 30 mb/s
Il est situé au deuxième étage avec ascenceur
ENVIRONS :
La maison est placée de façon stratégique dans le centre-ville, et tout est accessible à pied, à moins de 250 mètres :
- le pré-métro Lemonnier qui dessert tout le cœur du centre du sud au nord : Gare du midi, Bourse, De Broukere, Rogier, Gare du nord
- le métro Gare du midi ligne 2 et 6 directe pour la plupart des stations importantes de la capitale dont Rogier, Art lois, Louise
- à 200m la Gare du midi avec ses liaisons internationales Thalys et Eurostar
- à 300m l'entrée des tunnels de voies rapides qui font le tour du centre-ville et des quais qui amène au nord de la ville, très pratique en voiture.
- 3 Km de l'entrée du Ring
- Le parking est gratuit dans notre rue
- des night-shops et restaurations rapide ouverts jusqu'à 2h du matin
Nous travaillons tous et nous regroupons dans la semaine pour nous faire un barbecue sur la terrasse quand le temps le permet ou bien des sorties en ville. La collocation est le meilleur moyen de partager les bons plans de la ville et d’améliorer notre niveau en langue étrangère !
Nous sommes pour le moment 2 personnes : 2 Français (anglais parlé aussi ) avec un moyenne d'âge de 27 ans.

The size of the bedrooms and their dispositions allows to have all the advantages if desired of independancy with also all the charms of the co-renting friendship.
The kitchen and living has 2 open glass doors that goes to a spacious terasse (35m2), she is ultra equipped and got a luxuruous American bar for 6 persons, she gots dish washer, vitro-ceramiq, big modern oven and micro wave)
We got a luxurous bathroom with turbo jets shower and turbo-jet bath, and2 seperates toilets.
The flat is equipped with a high bandwith internet wifi connection (30 mb/s)
The rooms are furnished with at least a two-place bed, a hanger, some drawers, desk, little table and chair
The flat is on the second floor and got a lift.
AREA :
The house is located in a strategic, safe and very convienient area of the town center with at less than 250 meters:
- the pré-metro Lemonnier that has a line including all the the center from south to north : Midi station, Broukere, Rogier, North Station
- The subway Gard du Midi with line 2 and 6 that include all the importantes stations all around the center : Rogier, Art lois, Louise
- The Gare du midi is the international station with Thalys and Eurostar and connections to Gare central and Schuman
- the fastway tunnels entrance that do the circle around the town center et and also close to the dock way that bring you to the midi station (very nice for anyone who got a car).
- Several bus and tram that bring you in 5mn to the North Station with all its connections for all major city of the country
- An easy access to Brussels National Airport: 2 bus stop to North Statio and then every 15mn a direct train to the airport (3€ only).
- 3 km from the the Ring Entrance
- the parking of cars is free in our street
- night-shops and fast snacks open till 2 am

We are all workers et we enjoy in the week doing barbecues on the terasse or going out dinner in town. The co-renting is the best way to share good places in the town and improve our foreign language level.
