THE BEDROOM AVAILABLE: Little bedroom but very comfortable for one person, with high ceiling and a double bed (futon): 120 X 200. A big windows gives a lot of light during the day. Furnitures: desk, storage space under the bed and shelves. Sheets, pillows and duvet are provide. There is a big wardrobe with shelves and storage place for big suitcases just next to the bedroom, in the night hall.
RENTAL OF A ROOM:
Per month: 600 € per person, all included and with internet.
Per week: 200 € per person, all included and with internet.
DEPOSIT FOR THE ROOM: 300 € of refundable pledge in the month of your departure.
THE FLATMATES: She's an artist and her boyfriend comes 3 times per week, not during the week-end. They both in their thirties. social, easygoing and trustworthy persons. They are looking for someone nice and quiet. They used to live with other people and share flats.
RENTAL OF THE APARTMENT (4 people):
Per month: 2400 € all included and with internet.
Per week: 800 € all included and with internet.
DEPOSIT FOR THE APARTMENT: 1200 € of refundable pledge in the month of your departure.
BOOKING: the reservation is blocked by a payment of 50% of the rental amount.
THE FLAT: 100M2 of non smoking flat to share with wooden floor, high ceilings and big windows which give a lot of light. Very nicely furnished. At the side garden there is a lovely little terrace furnished. Living room, dining room, elevator, one bathroom with a bath, shower and overhead shower, kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher and lots of appliances. No washing machine at the moment, but there is wash-house just next block.
