Twee kamers beschikbaar, alle andere ruimtes zijn gemeenschappelijk. maandelijkse bijdrage alle kosten (huur, EGW, verzekeringen, TV, internet, vuilnisophaal,...) inbegrepen = 500 euro voor beide kamers en mits vestiging van domicilie. Voor tijdelijke verblijven = 580 euro. Indien interesse in slechts één van de kamers kan een andere prijsverdeling . Kennismaken en het huis bezichtigen kan op afspraak.
Two rooms available in a big cosy semi-detached house with front and back garden, terrace, driveway, garrage in Gentbrugge. Quiet green neigborhood at 500 meter from tramstop (lines 21 and 24) and at 1km from the E17 motor way. All big stores in the neighbourhood. 15 minutes cycling from Ghent Center. Two private rooms available, all other rooms are shared. Monthly contribution all costs (rent, water, gas, electricity, internet, TV, waste collection, insurance,...) included = 500 euro for both rooms and on the condition you put your permanent residence here. In case of temporary stay price = 580 euro (has to do with higher gas, water and electricity costs). In case you are interested in only one room, another price division can be arranged. Getting to know each other and visiting the house can be arranged upon appointment.
