Fully equiped new (2011) kitchen (including oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and all pots and pans).
The complete apartment is fully furnished (towels/sheets/... )
Everything is included (electricity/internet/water/ as well as heating cost up to 400 euro/year).
Sharing with myself, female, 27, manager of fashion company, working and traveling a lot.
I am a non smoker, usually go to bed early, super tidy and clean and am looking for a roommate who is as well. Have mainly shared my flat with expats before, references available upon request.
* From September onwards we'll be with two, me and my little baby, but both of us will be abroad most (80%) of the time.
So if you are interested in longer term renting, a couple can be accepted at a different price, as they will be having the flat to themselves for most of the time. I'd intend to only be home with the baby for MAXIMUM one week a month.
Value of this flat unfurnished is 1250 euro, so you can get a great deal to have everything funrnished and costs included for the 750 for one person or 1250 for two.
