Description de la chambre à louer
Si vous cherchez une chambre au calme dans un très bel environnement résidentiel entouré de jardins, nous louons le dernier étage de notre maison à deux étudiants. La salle de bain avec toilette, l'espace cuisine entièrement aménagé, machines à laver le linge ds la cave, sont à partager. Un escalier de service conduit à cet étage.
La maison se situe dans un grand jardin voisin direct d'un club de sport, un musée classé avec un très grand jardin.
Ce petit « paradis » est à 5 mn des transports Publics, vers le centre ville ou vers le bois de la Cambre, par rapport a l ULB, 10 mm à vélo .
In a beautiful environment, we reserve the top floor of our house to rent two separate rooms for students or trainees, the bathroom and the kitchen are to be shared by the two rented rooms. A separate staircase gives the direct access. Renters may also use the washing machines and dryer in the basement and enjoy a part of the garden.
Located near the center, at the edge of Ixelles - Uccle, 2 minutes from the roundabout Churchill and public transports. Connections by public transport with the ULB, Saint-Luc and the European Quarter are very easy. The house is located next to a sport club (fitness, tennis, hockey) and to the public swimming pool .
