our student house is located in the center of old town Antwerp--surrounded by shops, museums, cafes, restaurants & schools --close to the universities & just down the street from the Art Academy. . 2 minutes from public transportation access to trams &,busses & only 10 min walk from central train station
The first floor room has 4 big windows offering lots of sunshine with wonderful views of green trees on the quaint city square outside, plus a cozy raised sleeping loft--it costs 400 euros including all utilities, heating & wireless highspeed broadband internet.
The ground floor space is the same as above with higher oak beam cielings & 4 large shop windows (etalage) with private toilet & also private front street entrance --costing 500 euros all-in.
the top floor room is free from february 1 2012 & has amazing panaramic views of the city skyline & cathedral towers--350 euros all-in
Flatmates share a communal bathroom & we enjoy cooking (& chilling to great music & conversations. . . ) in the communal kitchen . There are also extra towels and bedding available if you need some. The interior of our antique house is built mostly of wood---cielings, floor, stairways, furniture . . . so there is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere in the house Also out of respect for other flatmates and those who will follow you, please enjoy your cigarettes, etc outside .
